Karen Soler joined The NEEDS Center in 2024, bringing more than 30 years of experience working with people with ID/DD.

Prior to joining The NEEDS Center, Karen served as Senior Director of Day Services for YAI/NIPD in New York City. She has extensive experience in program management, staff training and team building. Karen gained valuable fundraising experience through her many years of involvement in Cycle for Survival.

Before becoming the Director of Marketing and Special Projects, Karen served on the Board of Directors for The NEEDS Center. Karen attended the University of Hartford and Northeastern University.
