Mark Boilard, M.Ed., has been with The NEEDS Center since 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Public Health, along with a master’s degree in Organizational Management from Endicott College. Prior to joining The NEEDS Center, Mark spent 10 years at a human services agency overseeing both children’s and adult residential programs. Earlier in his career, he also worked at another human services organization in a variety of roles, gaining broad experience across the field. Mark has recently begun graduate coursework through The NEEDS Center with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
