Assistant Director of Clinical Services

Danielle Wiegand, M.S., BCBA, LABA is an Assistant Director of Clinical Services at the NEEDS Center. Danielle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst within the state of Massachusetts. She received a BS in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and a MS in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Russel Sage College. Danielle began her career in human services in 2007 providing home-based behavior therapy to children at Perspectives Corporation in Rhode Island. She decided to pursue her BCBA after discovering her passion for working with adolescents in residential care who exhibited extremely challenging behavior at the Groden Network in Rhode Island. She has held positions with increasing responsibility at J Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center, Pathways Strategic Teaching Center, Perspectives Corporation, the Groden Network, North American Family Institute in Rhode Island, and North Suffolk Mental Health Association in Massachusetts. She has experience in school, child and adult residential, adult day programs, children’s center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and children’s home-based services. Danielle has a passion for clinical ABA, human rights, training staff, and human services administration.
