Kacey Yourous is a strategic healthcare operations leader and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than a decade of experience overseeing multi-site behavioral health and neurorehabilitation programs. As Vice President of Program Services for The NEEDS Center’s Florida Division, she brings extensive expertise in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and program expansion across residential, outpatient, and intensive treatment settings.

Throughout her career, Kacey has led interdisciplinary teams serving adults with traumatic brain injury (TBI), PTSD, serious mental illness (SMI), and complex neurobehavioral conditions. She is recognized for optimizing clinical workflows, strengthening documentation and compliance systems, and implementing performance dashboards that improve quality, efficiency, and client outcomes. Her leadership has supported sustained accreditation success, workforce retention improvements, and measurable growth in occupancy and referral partnerships.

Previously serving in executive and director-level roles within neurobehavioral and post-acute behavioral health continuums, Kacey has overseen provider lifecycle operations including recruitment, credentialing, training, and competency-based performance management. She has collaborated closely with VA/DoD affiliates, hospital systems, and community partners to ensure continuity of care and successful transitions across treatment environments. Her governance experience includes board service supporting strategic planning, regulatory oversight, and program innovation.

Kacey holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and maintains active BCBA certification. She is passionate about building high-performance teams, advancing data-informed decision-making, and expanding access to specialized services for individuals with complex behavioral and neurological needs.
